Toothbrush? Check. Toiletries? Check. Underwear and socks? Got it. Whether you are traveling by plane, train and automobile, the list of must-pack items for the carry-on or overnight bag is pretty standard.
But if you’ve got fitness on the brain, there are a few extra items to add to the list. Even this week and next, amid Christmas and New Year’s, we can keep on the Badass path as part of those 2012 (new and continuing) Resolutions by packing smart.
