I always push clients to give 110 percent if they want 110 percent success, but when we train together, I am also your biggest cheerleader.

In a typical session at the BA Fitness Midtown studio, we combine body weight circuit training (burpees, pushups, dips, squats, etc.) with TRX Suspension and RIP Training, Bosu Balance Trainers, IndoRow, traditional med balls, dumbbells, and more.

Yes, you will be challenged. But you will also find yourself smiling through the sweat as you get the customized training you need in a fun but focused environment!
