My joy: Watching people that push themselves to do things that they never thought they could achieve. It’s why I love running and fitness so much — helping people make their health dreams come true, one step off the couch at a time.
My weakness: My autoimmune disease that sometimes takes over and takes my daily movement out of my control.
My strength: My resolve to never give up.

Person I wish I saw more of: My daughter. Time goes by too fast when they are young.

My joy: I feel very blessed to experience so much joy daily. I find joy in Christ and my Christian faith. My three kids bring me great joy, just hearing my husband’s voice makes me smile, finishing a run and practicing yoga gives me joy. I find sharing yoga to be a source of great happiness!

Fitness mantra: My goal is to be strong, not skinny. I want to live out Proverbs 31 in the gym, at home and at work.

If I weren’t at the studio, I’d be: By the pool or at the beach with my hubby and son.
My annoyance: Comparison. Don’t compare your journey to someone’s because you have no idea what they are battling.
Secret/not so secret talent: I danced for most of my life. I’m classically trained in ballet and jazz. I can also clog!
