Rich Paleo coffee with zero sugar? The Badass VP shows us how!
Oh, how I love today’s post! I adore my daily coffee. If it were not allowed on the Paleo and #Whole30 eating plans, I would not do them. Yep, it would be a deal breaker. Chris, the Badass Fitness VP, is right there with me on #TeamCoffee. So he gets super extra credit awesome points for creating a #Whole30 coffee creamer! Check it out….

For those who don’t know me, I am a coffee addict.
I have several travel mugs, about 10 coffee mugs, and I own five different coffee-making devices (going on 6). I like Cuban coffee loaded with sugar, regular espresso, lattes made with vanilla syrup and whole milk, and grande red eyes with two pumps vanilla and steamed 2% milk. So yeah, I like coffee.
When I started the #Whole30 I thought “Oh, well just gotta stick with black coffee.” Then I went to order a bag of my favorite holiday blend. Hints of cinnamon, hazelnut and french vanilla really make these winter months feel nice. But being all Whole30 paranoid, I called the coffeehouse to see if this blend was natural flavoring or artificial. Just another thing you learn on Whole30: ALWAYS ASK!! They told me the answer I didn’t want to hear. Sigh.
So I was faced with a choice of plain black coffee, or plain coffee with flavorless coconut milk. Double sigh.
I know I’m not the only #TeamCffee member facing this dilemma. So today I offer a solution: quick, healthy flavored coconut creamer and coffee. Make it as strong as you want, or as weak as your want. And yes, it ends up being cheaper than buying coconut creamer at the store.
